Michael Vuytowecz
Mike came to Panama in 2007 from San Diego, California after a 25 year career as an owner operator of a real Estate and Mortgage company. Upon arriving, he spent time touring the country, familiarizing himself with the area and studying the market. In 2010, Mike took his background in the industry and his familiarity with Panama and founded Inside Panama Real Estate.
Since then, Mike has expanded the company to include new partners, rentals through a sister corporation, and information on each area of Panama. With such an expanded scope, Inside Panama Real Estate has become a solid source for information and up-to-date news on Panama.

Martha Vuytowecz
Martha came to Panama with her husband Michael, and since then has started and developed a rental agency Inside Panama Management. She manages a large number of rental properties in the Coronado area.
As part of her business, Martha takes care of every aspect of a rental property, from furnishing to paying the electricity bills. She is fluent in Spanish and spends a good deal of care with each rental property, ensuring the highest quality for her clients.
Martha has a long history as an artisan with fused glass jewelry and other pieces, but has had to put the projects on hold when she and Mike moved to Panama, leaving her studio behind.

David and Lynda Bayliss
David Bayliss is a Mortgage Banker From Dallas, Texas. David and his wife Lynda have been helping clients get a mortgage for the home of their dreams in the U.S. Now in Panama, theywant to expand their clients to anyone that wants a property on the Gold Coast.
David has a Marketing degree from Texas A&M and has been President of the Frisco Business Association and the Treasurer of the Dallas Association of Mortgage Proffesionals.
Lynda Bayliss has been Branch Manager of Southwest Funding, a mortgage banking company in 22 states, supervising loan originators and processors as well as all aspects of high level customer service. She manages several rental properties in Gorgona, just down the road from Martha’s operation in Coronado.

Oliver Wolfe
Oliver Wolfe is a professional photographer with a depth of experience in online and social media marketing. At Inside Panama Real Estate, Oliver takes care of the daily admin duties, photographs new listings, and manages the online presence of Inside Panama.
A graduate from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, Oliver plans on developing his talents and portfolio in both media creation and marketing. With Inside Panama, his goal is to further develop and create unique content about Panama, and then spread it as far as possible.
Oliver maintains his professional photography business here in Panama, and can be reached for portraits, candids, real estate or social event photography.
